Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Although walk-ins are welcome, APPOINTMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED.  Please call, text, or schedule on-line at nailsbylauratech.com. I am often booked a week or more in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that the unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows another client the opportunity to schedule an appointment.  If a client is unable to give 24 hour notice of cancelling, they will be charged the full amount of the appointment.  This amount must be paid at next scheduled appointment.

 

No Shows

A client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  The client will be charged for their missed appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, their service may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow.  Depending on how late the client arrives, I will determine if there is time remaining to start the appointment or reschedule. Regardless of the length of time actually given, the client will be responsible for the “full” appointment.  Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
